Technologies

We work with the latest technologies, capable of satisfying even the most demanding requirements.

CFF (Continuous Fiber Fabrication) – Markforged Onyx Pro

Onyx printers’ base material is a blend of nylon and chopped carbon for strong and stiff parts which combats corrosive chemicals common in manufacturing.

Print Onyx Filament—a revolutionary material with beautiful surface finish, stiffness and temperature tolerance. No other 3D printer on the market is designed from the ground up—hardware, software, and materials—to uniquely create chopped carbon fiber parts.

SLA – Form 2 from Formlabs

Stereolithography (SLA) 3D printing uses a laser to cure liquid photopolymer resin into solid isotropic parts.

3D printed parts can be used directly or post-processed for specific applications and the required finish by machining, primingpaintingfastening or joining. Often, 3D printing also serves as an intermediate step alongside conventional manufacturing methods, such as positives for investment casting or molds for custom parts.

FDM (Fused deposition modeling) – Bolt Pro

The Bolt Pro is a professional 3D printer, designed to offer precise and reliable functional 3D printing results. These features include a dual extruder system (IDEX)  that can print with two materials at once or clone 3D models, which cuts the lead time of a project by half.

Original Prusa I3 MK3S+

The MK3S+ is fully compatible with a wide range of various types of materials. No matter whether you want to print something basic from PLA and flexible materials, or you need to produce durable prototypes from PETG, ASA, Polycarbonate and Polypropylene – the MK3S+ can handle them with ease.

IFactory 3D One Pro

The iFactory3D printer One Pro revolutionizes additive manufacturing via 3D belt printing – from the individual small series to endless printing in industrial standards. It also offers professional production readiness for durable and reliable serial production of a wide variety of products in consistent quality.
